Hurley Pty.  Ltd, Mark Ricciuto and Simon Goodwin purchased the Aruma Ski Resort, formerly known as Sab-aruma, on Wongulla Road at Walker Flat, from the South Australian Brewing Company Pty Ltd in 2006. In doing so Peter Hurley secured a truly rare resort-style River Murray icon. Like you, they appreciated the beauty and iconic nature of the site and wanted to be a part of it.  Soon after acquisition of the property Peter, Mark and Simon invited Burke Urban to participate as partners in its ongoing development, particularly because of our involvement in the Bowhill Freeholding Scheme.
